Peshawar Zalmi fell apart as they lost their openers earlier on just 35 runs. The master blaster Kamran Akmal scored a century in his last match against Quetta but did not perform against Multan, Sohail Tanvir sent him back to the pavilion in the 3rd over.
Shahid Afridi took a smart catch of Tom Banton then Muhammad Ilyas came for bowling and sent back two batsman Shoaib Malik and Liam Livingstone with the space of three balls.

Wickets kept falling so under-19 batsman Haider Ali’s aggressive 47 on 27 was wasted. Dawson scored 22 runs but Peshawar innings never got back to track.

Sohail Tanvir’s spell claimed the last 2 wickets and restricted Peshawar Zalmi to 123 with 9 balls to spare. Tanvir’s bowling figures were exceptional in this match as he took 4 wickets on just 13 runs.
